Replacement Policy Fresh Flowers: We are committed to delivering the best service every day, but if for some reason the flowers did not arrive in the best quality or due to some confusion it is not the arrangement you ordered, to make the replacement we only ask that you document with photographs or videos the day of delivery and contact our work team for the appropriate replacement.
