SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Policy
Specific Times: We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we can usually deliver orders within five hours. You may request a time frame in the special instructions box when placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If No One Is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will first call the recipient and may leave the gift at the door or in a safe place around the driveway if requested.

Recipient Can Be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure that they will be home to accept delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all responsibility for requests to leave arrangements. We strongly discourage special instructions that request delivery to a door, porch, patio, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We are not responsible for missing or defective products due to this special request.
