• Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Once an order is placed we cannot refund it, however if you wish to cancel your order you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of delivery, you will receive a store credit for the full amount paid. Your store credit will not expire and you can use it at any time of the year, including holidays.

  We sincerely strive to please every customer with beautiful flowers and attentive service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we do our best to strengthen our floral products and ensure the quality, precision and beauty of our work. Many variables determine the size and shade of each flower or if a flower will last as long as each one is unique, making each floral design unique and unrepeatable. We are always looking to improve so that our customers enjoy each arrangement and feel love when receiving it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action immediately.
